Slope type plate rubber bearing
When installing and using slope type plate rubber bearings, wedge-shaped steel plates (or wedge-shaped concrete blocks) that are consistent with the longitudinal rupture of the bridge are placed between the bottom of the beam and the bearings, or corresponding treatments are made to the bottom of the beam end to make the bearings flat and prevent the shear force of the vertical reaction force on the bearings. These methods bring many troubles to the construction and installation of bridge bearings, which are labor-intensive, material intensive, and sometimes not ideal. Slope type bearings have emerged. At present, bearing manufacturers can manufacture slope type plate bearings with different specifications, slopes, and elastic moduli (shape coefficients) according to design and usage requirements. The installation and construction of slope type bearings can only follow the installation method of ordinary plate type rubber bearings. No need to prepare wedges or perform corresponding treatment on the bottom of the beam, saving labor and materials, and making construction convenient.
GPZ bowl type rubber bearing
1) Pot type rubber bearings are a new type of bridge bearings composed of steel and rubber components. It has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, large horizontal displacement, and flexible rotation.
2) Compared with other models of basin bearings and cast steel roller bearings of the same type, it has the advantages of light weight, compact structure, simple construction, low building height, easy processing, steel saving, and cost reduction. It is an ideal bearing suitable for use in large-span bridges.
3) Its bearing capacity can reach a level of 20000-50000KN, which can basically meet the needs of large-scale bridge construction in China, and its service life can reach more than 50 years.
TPZ type bridge bowl rubber bearings
The TPZ bowl type rubber bearing consists of a polytetrafluoroethylene plate, a rubber pad, a steel bowl, and a sliding top plate. It has the characteristics of high bearing capacity and large allowable displacement of bearings, and is suitable for railways, highway bridges, and other structures. The manufacturer is currently capable of producing a series of bowl shaped bearings with a vertical bearing capacity of 1500-50000KN and a displacement of ± 50 to ± 250mm.
