1、 Plate type rubber bearings for highway bridges
1. Performance and advantages of rubber plate bearings:
Plate type rubber bearings are made of multiple layers of rubber embedded, bonded, and vulcanized with thin steel plates. Has sufficient vertical stiffness to withstand vertical loads and can reliably transmit the pressure of the upper structure to the pier and abutment; Has good elasticity to adapt to the rotation of the beam end; There is significant shear deformation to meet the horizontal displacement of the upper structure; It has the characteristics of simple structure, safety and convenience, steel saving, low price, easy maintenance, and easy replacement. It has good earthquake resistance and can reduce the impact of dynamic loads on bridge span structures and piers.
2. Performance and advantages of PTFE sliding plate support:
PTFE sliding plate rubber bearings, abbreviated as PTFE sliding plate bearings (GJZF4, GYZF4 series), are made by bonding a layer of 2-4mm thick PTFE plate onto a regular plate rubber bearing according to the size of the bearing. The PTFE sliding plate support not only has the vertical stiffness and elastic deformation of ordinary plate rubber supports, but also can withstand vertical loads and adapt to beam end rotation. By utilizing the low friction coefficient (μ f ≤ 0.08) between PTFE plates and stainless steel plates, the horizontal displacement of the upper structure of the bridge can be unrestricted. Large span bridges of 30 meters, simply supported beam continuous slab bridges, and multi span continuous beam bridges can be used as movable supports; Continuous beam pushing, T-shaped beam lateral movement, and large equipment sliding can be used as sliding blocks.
2、 Ball crown circular rubber bearing
1. Performance and advantages of ball crown circular rubber bearings:
This type of support is isotropic in the plane and adjusts the stress condition with its spherical crown. Not only suitable for general bridges, but also for various complex and large vertical and horizontal overpasses and elevated bridges.
2. Polytetrafluoroethylene ball crown circular rubber bearing:
A PTFE ball crown circular plate rubber bearing is called a PTFE ball crown circular plate rubber bearing, which is pasted on the bottom surface of the support with the same dimensions as the support plane.
